Sadie Robertson: Jesus Calling and ‘Living Fearless’?

Duck Dynasty’s little darling is now a cherished commodity of the commercial ‘Christian’ marketeers. The dynasty may be defunct but the money keeps on rolling in with Sadie’s new book, released Feb.6th, entitled “Living Fearless: A Call to Power, Passion and (note) Purpose” – with a forward by the emergent Louie Giglio (whose ‘Passion‘ Conferences she has promoted). An advert says, “Sadie takes you on a thrilling personal journey toward power, passion and purpose, as you live at the center of who God created you to be”.

In the roll up to her book release, Sadie also did a “Jesus Calling Podcast” on Feb. 1st, 2018. Her Facebook page says, “Sharing my journey from fear to freedom on the JESUS CALLING BY SARAH YOUNG podcast. My hope is that ya’ll be encouraged…” Her post even provides a link to the podcast, with the hashtag link #JesusCalling.

Whether she is aware of it or not, her followers may be led into the demonic deception that is “Jesus Calling” – while her promoters are laughing all the way to the bank.

NOTE: For those who are unaware of the problems with the ‘Duck Dynasty‘, the family attends and are faithful followers of the teachings at White’s Ferry Road Church of ChristWhich teach that water *baptism is absolutely necessary for salvation.

This is aka ‘baptismal regeneration’, and is a false doctrine. If baptism were necessary for salvation, then Jesus was not telling the truth when he said to the thief on the cross, “THIS DAY you will be with me in paradise.” See Luke 23:39-43 > See:

  1. What else can we expect from apostates but apostasy?

By the way there is a great refutation in Scripture against that water baptism heresy. It is found in Acts 10 where Peter is preaching to the household and they get saved BEFORE they get water baptized!

No substitute for knowing the Bible!

  2. Jess

Another point against water baptism regeneration is 1 Corinthians 1:17. The Gospel doesn’t include water baptism. Notice how every modern “Bible teacher” is all about you “realizing your dream destiny”? Sickening and boring.
